Taylor High School Daily Announcements


*Math Tutoring with Ms. Howerton will start this Tuesday, Jan. 15, immediately after school in room 156 and will run every Tuesday and Thursday. Buses are available.

*Boys and Girls Track: All students interested in Track & Field this spring should sign up with Mr. Carlile (room 104) or Mr. Weicht (room 123) by the end of the week. The weight room is open from 3:00 to 4:30 Monday-Thursday for athletes not currently in a winter sport.

Student Information and Activities

*ATTN ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS :Order you official Taylor high school class ring from Herff Jones on Thursday Jan. 17th during lunch and after school from 2:45- 6:00pm in the activities entrance lobby. Extra class ring packets are in the high school office.

*Kokomo Area Career Center will be hosting an Open House for next year's perspective 11th and 12th grade students. The Open House is February 7 from 6:00-7:30. If you are interested in learning about the programs and opportunities offered at the KACC, please be sure to attend their information night!!*OUR PVE Students have started the “TITAN Top POP” store and will be selling popcorn on Fridays from 11:30 -12:00pm for .55 cents a bag. This will be available to students and faculty.

*REDHOT Scott’s Driving academy is offering classes for the winter of 2018/2019.Sunday drivers’ education classes begin January 6th from 1-4pmThey offer an Internet Driver Education Class Option - AAA’s “How to Drive” for those students unable to attend our Traditional Classes. Students must be 15 years old by the start of training. The six one hour drives for both In-Classroom training, and the Internet training, will be scheduled by the Academy at a later date.
